A large corporations also recognize this and try to make more original beers, so it is not surprising to find Witbier, IPA or APA from big beer companies.
Polish beer market in the past few years has changed beyond recognition.
In Poland, it is very clearly visible beer revolution. In the last four years there were more than 50 new breweries opened.
Among the new wave of breweries best known breweries are presented below, every single beer is guarantee of the highest quality. Have you tried them already? If not you have to, because they are the faces of Polish craft brewing.
Browar Pinta is considered to be the first polish craft brewery. Debut of brewery in 2011 was a turning point in the beer market. Pinta is contract brewery, brewing their beers in Browar na Jurze.
Worth to try: Atak Chmielu – AIPA
AleBrowar was founded in 2012 and is one of the first craft breweries in Poland. Uncompromising taste of their beers and great marketing, that’s the reason why everybody should know AleBrowar labels. Beer is brewed contractually in Browar Gościszewo.
Worth to try: Rowing Jack – AIPA
This brewery located nearby Warsaw was founded in 2012, and is the first craft brewery build by home brewers in Poland. Their beers are selling so well that until recently their beers were only in pubs.
Worth to try: Pacific – APA
Pracownia Piwa was founded in 2013 nearby Kraków. Currently they are considered to be one of the best, and after the release of new beers, even the best brewery in Poland.
Worth to try: Dwa Smoki – Wit IPA
